2-Year Limited Warranty

BRILLIANTLY BRIGHT LEDs (BBL) provides a 2-year limited warranty for each LED light bulb. This warranty covers replacement or repair of any LED light bulb that is found defective or fails at any point within the 2-year warranty period at no charge.

If a LED light bulb fails, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact BBL within the warranty period.

In the event there is a change in manufacturer, BBL reserves the right to replace any defective bulb with a similar or higher quality bulb offered by the new manufacturer.

This warranty will not apply to:

(a)    any bulb that is lost or stolen;

(b)   any bulb that is damaged in circumstances or events beyond the control of the manufacturer, including damage caused by fire, earthquake, hurricane, lightning strike, or any other force majeure;

(c)    any loss or damage to the LED light bulb arising from wilful damage, negligence, misuse, accident, improper handling, and unauthorised repair or alteration;

(d)   any damage to the premises or fixture or any person or their property caused by ill-installation or improper use of the bulb;

(e)   any consequential or indirect loss to any person arising from (a) or (b) or (c) or (d) above.

If BBL is rendered unable, wholly or in material part, by reason of force majeure to carry out any its obligations hereunder, then such obligations shall be suspended. “Force Majeure” shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, laws and regulations, fire, and any other causes that are not reasonably within the control of BBL.

To the extent permissible by law, BBL shall not be liable for any damages in excess of the cost of correcting any nonconformity in the LED light bulb, or in the absence of such nonconformity, in excess of the aggregate value of the defective LED light bulb determined by the price paid by the customer and evidenced by appropriate documentation. BBL shall in no event be responsible in contract or in tort, or otherwise, for loss or damage sustained as a result of the use of the product, loss of profit or revenues, or any other indirect incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss or damage, arising from any cause whatsoever.

This warranty is in effect for a period not exceeding two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty period is not adjusted for replacement bulbs; a replacement bulb will be covered for the length of time remaining in the existing warranty period.
